BUYING AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT?
We want to make sure your gift giving goes smoothly, so please read these FAQ's before purchasing a Makerly Gift Subscription as a Christmas gift.
When SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
Any order placed before the 15th of December will be shipped on the 15th of December, so you should receive your order in time for Christmas. Any orders placed AFTER the 15th of December will be posted on the 15th of Jan 2021
If you have missed the December deadline and you would like a printable gift voucher to pop in your recipient's card, you can download one here.
Alternatively, if you have ordered before the 15th of December but you would prefer for your recipients to start receiving boxes in Jan 2020, you can drop us an email to to let us know, and we will suspend their subscription until the new year.

What WILL THEY RECEIVE?
Christmas is a very busy and unpredictable time, so we cannot guarantee that we will have enough of December's upcoming box in stock. It may be the case that your recipient receives one of our previous boxes for their first month, depending on stock levels.
Please do have a look at our "buy past boxes" page and let us know if you have any preference!
All Christmas gift orders will be packaged in a poly postal bag to disguise the box.
Where will their box be shipped?
We will ship their first box to whatever address you enter as the "shipping address" at checkout.
Many buyers like to receive the first box so that they can gift it in person. If this is your preference, all you need to do is enter YOUR OWN address to begin with, then change it to your recipient's address AFTER the 15th of December, so that their subsequent boxes are sent straight to them.
When will their box be shipped?
Any order placed before the 15th of December will be shipped on the 15th of December via Royal Mail 2nd Class, or Royal Mail International Economy for overseas orders.
This should mean that UK orders will arrive in time for the big day, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that international orders will do the same.
My box hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Unfortunately, some boxes do go astray and we are unable to track individual orders, so if your box does not show up, simply get in touch with us via email and we will post you out another.
Please also be aware that some of our boxes are bigger than your letterbox, so keep an eye out from a delivery attempted slip from royal mail as it may have made it's way to your local sorting office.
Is it suitable for kids?
We're afraid not! All of our kits are suitable for adults only.
